Inspired by the wonderfully curious world of Alice in Wonderland, Go Ask Alice is a whimsical take on the Japanese peony: a little unexpected, a little mysterious and entirely handmade.
The bouquet features ten paper Japanese peonies, individually hand-cut from German Doublette paper and delicately coloured by hand using ink and watercolour. Each flower has a unique centre made from dried leaves, adding natural texture and an element of the unexpected.
The bouquet also includes three stems of peony leaves, handmade from German Doublette paper and carefully shaped to complement the flowers.
The mushrooms and garlic pictured alongside the flowers add to the playful, slightly surreal character of the arrangement, a little nod to the curious world Alice finds herself wandering through.
Please note the mushrooms, the garlic and the vase are not included in the order.
